Zavtra Industries Pvt. Ltd. ("Zavtra") guarantees that our electric vehicles are engineered free from structural defects in materials and workmanship under standard domestic operational conditions. This limited warranty applies strictly to original retail purchasers purchasing through authorized Zavtra digital portals (www.zavtra.in) or certified flagship dealerships.
02 / Coverage Matrix & Component Tiers
The warranty parameters are mapped across specific system components from the date of official delivery invoice:

This warranty coverage becomes instantly void or inapplicable if structural failure occurs due to:

04 / Warranty Validation Process
To claim structural resolution for a defective part, the rider must bring the vehicle to an authorized Zavtra service hub along with the original retail invoice and valid digital service records. Zavtra’s engineering division holds the absolute technical right to determine whether a component requires dynamic repair or a complete modular replacement.
05 / Operational Limitations
Zavtra accepts no structural liability for incidental losses, commercial downtime, transportation or recovery costs, or alternative transit bookings incurred while a vehicle is docked at an authorized facility for warranty evaluations.
